About Kevin

Kevin’s main area of expertise lies within residential, investment and small acreage type of properties and has spent a considerable amount of time researching and taking courses in these area’s to ensure his client’s needs are met with the fullest attention to detail.

 Kevin’s specialty is assisting clients in implementing a strategy that will help them achieving their goals in real estate, whether it be personal or investment and is an active member of REIN (Real Estate Investment Network)

Clients enjoy Kevin’s, down to earth, upbeat and no pressure attitude. Whenever clients are seeking advice, they are assured to get an honest, straight forward answer and he makes sure their questions are met with the fullest detail.

Kevin has been licenced and selling real estate full time in the Oceanside area since 2003, and has won various awards including Royal LePage’s Presidents Gold Award, representing Royal Lepage’s top 10% of realtors across Canada. Kevin and Karen have been working together as a Professional Real Estate team since 2007.

On a personal note, Kevin and his wife Elsa moved to the Oceanside area in 2001 and have two children, Eric and Kayla. Whenever Kevin is not working, he is spending time with his family camping, hiking and enjoying various outdoor activities.

 About Karen

Karen’s passion and speciality lies within acreage, farm and equestrian type of property’s, and is considered by many of her colleges as the area expert in this field.  Karen has also been involved in several subdivision projects over the years, and has been involved in commercial and residential properties, giving her a very unique and vast knowledge of the real estate business.

Karen’s clients love her calm, honest, and caring nature which makes everyone feel as they have known her for years. Karen has a strong following of clients who continue to seek out her advice.

Karen has been in the real estate business since 2004 and has won various awards in that time, including the Royal LePage’s Presidents Gold Award, which represents the Top 10% Royal Lepage Realtor’s across Canada.  Karen and Kevin have been working together as a Professional Real Estate Team since 2007.

On a personal note, Karen and her husband Brad have lived in the Oceanside area for 25 years. When she is not working, Karen and Brad enjoy travelling, driving classic cars and spending time with their family.
